•Drive supplier accountability for quality, delivery, capacity, and technology development commitments
•Lead sourcing decisions, supplier selection processes, and contract negotiations

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, Supply Chain, Business, or related discipline
•8+ years of experience in semiconductor sourcing, commodity management, supplier management, or foundry management
•Experience working with Indium Phosphide (InP), photonics, optical components, compound semiconductors, or advanced semiconductor technologies
•Demonstrated experience negotiating commercial agreements and managing strategic supplier relationships
•Experience supporting New Product Introduction (NPI) and technology development programs
