•Support case management through return-to-work programs, workers' compensation claims, and accommodations.

Key Requirements

•Valid Indiana Registered Nurse license.
•2 years of experience in Family/General/Occupational Health.
•Strong knowledge of disability management and return-to-work protocols.
•Ability to develop and implement personalized care plans.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in a team-oriented environment.
