Key Responsibilities

  • •Contribute to lease contracts and hosting agreement management, from preparing analysis inputs to tracking implementation
  • •Help verify contract compliance with internal rules, legal requirements, and safety/prevention standards with relevant stakeholders
  • •Maintain and update real estate database records to ensure reliable information on leases, surfaces, deadlines, costs, sites, and contractual documents
  • •Assist in analyzing the evolution of the property portfolio based on contract timelines, operational needs, and optimization opportunities
  • •Support the definition of real estate needs with operational teams and track real estate projects such as site transfers and surface reconfigurations
