Key Responsibilities

  • •Map current (As-is) and future (To-be) finance processes across Record to Report, Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Treasury, Tax, and Master Data.
  • •Facilitate stakeholder workshops and analyze operational and financial data to identify trends, pain points, and improvement opportunities.
  • •Apply Lean and continuous improvement techniques, including structured problem solving and root cause analysis.
  • •Build and maintain a pipeline of process improvement initiatives, measuring and reporting realized business benefits.
  • •Recommend, support implementation of, and monitor approved improvements that reduce manual effort, improve quality, and increase efficiency.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience improving end-to-end finance processes within a complex global organization (ideally retail).
  • •Strong knowledge of finance operations across Record to Report, Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Tax, and FP&A.
  • •Experience with process improvement and analytics, including process mapping, root cause analysis, Lean or continuous improvement, and turning insights into solutions.
  • •Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills, with the ability to influence and challenge constructively across finance and cross-functional teams.
  • •Hands-on experience with ERP (ideally D365 FO) and tools such as Excel/Google Sheets, Looker, Miro, Parabola, workflow builders, AI agents, and process mining.
