Key Responsibilities

  • •Support wafer fabrication process optimization to achieve fab cycle time goals.
  • •Assist with tool selection and process definition, using data to improve fabrication performance.
  • •Participate in installation, modification, upgrade, and maintenance of manufacturing equipment.
  • •Help train technicians and operators during process setup and equipment changes.
  • •Interface with multiple teams to resolve issues limiting yield performance and support product dispositions and production problems.

Key Requirements

  • •Pursuing a Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical & Computer Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, Microelectronics, or MET.
  • •Cumulative 3.0/4.0 GPA or higher.
  • •Ability to establish strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
  • •Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • •Ability to work in teams across functions and effectively collaborate to drive results.
