Perform light maintenance and repairs in Carvana’s Inspection Centers, focusing on brake and tire service. Carry out routine inspections/maintenance, change brakes and tires, replace brake pads/calipers/rotors, install tires, and complete wheel alignments. Work in a fast-paced reconditioning environment while following safety requirements, supporting an exceptional customer experience, and being available for mandatory overtime when needed.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform light maintenance or repairs, including changing brakes and tires.
•Provide technician services such as routine inspections and maintenance.
•Complete basic mechanical repairs for brake pads/calipers/rotors and tire installations.
•Perform wheel alignments.
•Support delivery of vehicles on schedule, including ability to work mandatory overtime based on business needs.

Key Requirements

•Minimum of 1 year of professional automotive repair experience.
•Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver’s license; some positions may be subject to an MVR check.

•Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment, sometimes exposed to heat/cold.
•Use safety equipment including face shield or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, mask, and other protective garments.
