Assistant Store Leader

Partner with the Store Leader to maximize store productivity and profitability through coaching, operational excellence, and an exceptional client experience. Lead omni-channel and virtual selling, drive clienteling and loyalty, and ensure strong customer data capture to support repeat business. Recruit, onboard, and develop a diverse team while reviewing KPIs and coaching to results. Oversee opening/closing, cash handling, scheduling and payroll budgets, inventory accuracy, and live stream/social selling.
