Job Summary

Own end-to-end retail/DTC/e-commerce inventory reconciliation across POS, WMS, OMS, SIS customer systems, and marketplace channels, aligning results to SAP. Investigate and resolve discrepancies, monitor marketplace inventory and transactions, and ensure accurate SAP adjustments. Perform shrink lookbacks and monthly reserve accruals, deliver PC9-level reconciliation reporting with variance analysis, support audits, and drive process automation and standardization across the APAC region.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform monthly inventory reconciliation across POS, WMS, OMS, SIS customer systems, and marketplace platforms against SAP inventory records.
•Analyze inventory data across systems, identify discrepancies/variances, and resolve differences with DC, retail operations, store teams, and external partners.
•Conduct DTC inventory shrink lookback analysis and calculate/post monthly shrink reserve accruals in line with approved shrink percentages.
•Prepare and review monthly reconciliation reports (including PC9-level reconciliation), providing detailed variance analysis and root-cause insights.
•Support internal/external audits and ensure compliance with US GAAP and SOX, while continuously improving reconciliation processes through automation and standardization.
