Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead equipment controls scopes from concept and modeling validation through procurement, engineering, fabrication, installation, commissioning, and ramp.
  • •Manage external equipment providers, technology licensors, and engineering companies to deliver fully integrated mineral refining scopes.
  • •Drive cross-functional teams to scale up novel refining processes and de-risk commercialization of new chemical refining approaches.
  • •Select, procure, calibrate, and install instruments, valves, and analyzers as part of plant-wide controls infrastructure.
  • •Support development of machine learning applications for industrial control and optimization, and identify automation opportunities for capital project execution workflows.

Salary: USD 150,000 - 190,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years direct experience in networking and systems administration for control systems, including network architecture design, procurement, installation, and commissioning.
  • •Expert-level knowledge in Ignition for control systems.
  • •Experience managing plant networks and securely interfacing with business networks, including fiber installation.
  • •Strong experience reviewing P&IDs for system architecture drawings and supporting control system programming.
  • •Experience with industrial manufacturing and large-scale mining, mineral processing, or large-scale chemical production environments.
