Job Summary

Build and support client connectivity products/services end-to-end, from inception through testing, release, and production support. Treat production support as core work, collaborating with engineers, architects, and business stakeholders to shape direction. Address technical debt, improve reliability via non-functional requirements, and ensure safe, non-breaking releases. Participate in incident response and operational rituals, maintain technical test plans, drive CI/CD automation, and stay current with relevant engineering and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

•Deliver and support client connectivity products/services end-to-end, including testing, release, and production support.
•Provide production governance, monitoring, and risk/control where applicable as part of core ownership.
•Collaborate with engineers, architects, and business stakeholders to shape product/service direction across end-to-end journeys.
•Ensure reliability by addressing non-functional requirements (performance, resilience, observability, recoverability) and manage technical debt.
•Create and maintain technical test plans with automated unit and integration tests, and participate in production support rituals including incident response and problem management.

Key Requirements

•Full-stack DevOps experience across development, testing, and production support.
•Expertise in at least two programming languages (Java 21 or JavaScript) and handling multi-thread applications.
•Relational database experience (PostgreSQL preferred).
•Working knowledge of Unix and solid infrastructure understanding.
•Experience designing/consuming HTTP APIs (e.g., REST).
