Key Responsibilities

•Serve as a trusted advisor to the CRO and global Sales leadership team, shaping people and organizational strategies that drive scalable revenue growth and global market expansion.
•Leverage business acumen and data-driven insights to influence decisions on organization design, talent strategy, and leadership effectiveness.
•Lead and develop a global team, fostering growth, excellence, and deep partnership capability.
•Drive a high-performance culture through disciplined goal-setting, continuous feedback, and performance calibration across regions.
•Lead succession planning for critical roles, ensuring depth and readiness across the global Sales organization and provide executive coaching to senior leaders.

Key Requirements

•12+ years of HR experience, including 8+ years in senior HRBP roles and at least 4+ years leading a team of HRBPs.
•Proven success leading people strategy and organizational transformation in a high-growth, high-performance technology company.
•Strong business acumen and deep understanding of Go-To-Market operations and strategies.
•Demonstrated ability to influence, build trust, and drive change across complex global organizations with very senior leaders.
•Analytical and insight-driven; uses data to guide decisions and measure impact.
