Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and supervise concrete crews on commercial and civil construction projects, including daily planning to meet production goals and milestones.
  • •Oversee installation and finishing of curb & gutter, sidewalks, ADA ramps, valley gutters, driveways, approaches, and flatwork site concrete improvements.
  • •Ensure correct forming, reinforcement placement, dowels/embeds, expansion joints, and finishing techniques; monitor placement, slump, curing, and finishing quality.
  • •Read and verify civil plans and grade/elevation/layout using survey stakes, laser levels, and grade control systems to meet engineering requirements.
  • •Conduct daily safety meetings, enforce OSHA and company policies, maintain production/inspection documentation, and help minimize punch-list items.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience as a Civil Concrete Foreman or Lead Foreman.
  • •8+ years of hands-on civil concrete construction experience.

  • •Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, grading plans, and specifications.
  • •Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and ability to work overtime and occasional weekends.
