Key Responsibilities

  • •Own program financial performance for one or several complex commercial and government contracts across different contract types, from award through execution and closeout.
  • •Lead EAC and forecast governance, setting standards, driving variance/root-cause analysis, and managing risk/opportunity tracking with mitigation actions.
  • •Partner with Program Management and Contracts on CLIN structure, funding, burn, billing/invoicing, contract modifications, and required program financial reporting.
  • •Run monthly FP&A forecasting focused on program changes driving financial changes.
  • •Hire and develop analysts and build scalable processes and tooling (templates, dashboards, models) to improve speed, accuracy, and governance.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • •Demonstrated ownership of EAC development and forecasting discipline, including risk identification and corrective action follow-through.
  • •Working knowledge of government contracting fundamentals (e.g., FAR/DFARS concepts) and strong partnership instincts with Contracts and Program Management.
  • •Experience supporting manufacturing/production finance (COGS, inventory, variances, unit economics) in a hardware or production environment.
  • •Advanced Excel/modeling skills with strong systems orientation (ERP + reporting/tooling).
