Job Summary

Join the Power & Water Solutions team to support customers with installation, start-up, and operation of distributed control systems and related equipment. You’ll provide on-site instruction, troubleshoot and solve engineering problems, write and modify maintenance procedures, perform quality control tests, and deliver clear reports. The role is based in Tinley Park, IL and includes up to 80% travel to work directly with customer projects across power generation and wastewater infrastructure.

•Perform on-site instruction for customer personnel, including writing/modifying maintenance procedures, running quality control tests, and preparing timely activity reports.
•Direct installation efforts for control systems, sub-systems, equipment, or routine modification/repair activities.
•Provide engineering advisory assistance to customers and act as a liaison within the company on equipment-related issues.
•Cultivate relationships with internal project teams, customer project teams, and contractors.
•Apply troubleshooting, problem-solving, decision-making, and planning skills in the field.
