Key Responsibilities

  • •Support day-to-day program operations and administrative activities for commercial real estate projects.
  • •Support the Project Management team across project management facets including budget, schedule, procurement, quality, and risk.
  • •Maintain program documentation, records, correspondence, and project files with accurate, timely data integrity and version control.
  • •Coordinate meetings, workshops, briefings, capture minutes, and track action items through completion.
  • •Track project progress against goals, budgets, and timelines; report status and variances; assist with executive presentations and briefing materials.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 75,000 - 100,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
  • •Bachelor's degree preferred; or a combination of experience and education considered, with 2+ years of relevant experience.
  • •At least 2 years of experience in construction project management, with experience supporting large-scale infrastructure projects preferred.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams); experience working with Kahua is a plus.
  • •Strong ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision and work effectively with stakeholders.
