Key Responsibilities

•Inspect, diagnose, and repair vehicles to meet CarMax quality and safety standards.
•Collaborate with a skilled team to solve technical challenges quickly and effectively.
•Gain hands-on experience reconditioning vehicles, including engines and brakes through steering and suspension systems.
•Uphold customer satisfaction and trust as part of daily work.
•Follow CarMax Environmental, Health and Safety (EH&S) requirements and maintain a clean, orderly work area.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 44.15 hourly

Key Requirements

•Experience in engine repair, steering and suspension, brakes, and HVAC systems, as needed for the role.
•Strong understanding of health and safety compliance.
•Ability to lift heavy objects and work on your feet for extended periods.
•Skilled at managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
•Valid driver’s license; where required by state/local law, maintain ASE certifications (A1, A2, A3, A4, A5, A6, A7, A8).
