Clinical Operations Coordinator (Temporary)

Support in-home clinical field operations by managing workforce and payroll compliance follow-up, including timesheets, PTO, sick time, and mileage/hour documentation review. Maintain attendance and workforce planning trackers, ensure training and annual compliance completion, and produce weekly and monthly operational reports. Run administrative escalation trackers, maintain SOPs/workflows and documentation, and participate in internal audits while adhering to HIPAA and confidentiality standards. Remote full-time, reporting to the In-Home Director.
