Key Responsibilities

  • •Install, commission, upgrade, and maintain plasma reactors (CVD tools) and other critical manufacturing equipment.
  • •Troubleshoot industrial control/electrical systems, including high-voltage power supplies, controllers, sensors, pumps, PLCs, valves, and related devices.
  • •Track and report equipment uptime/downtime and conduct root cause analysis to improve overall equipment efficiency and mean time between failures.
  • •Plan and execute upgrades and retrofits in collaboration with manufacturing technicians to improve tool reliability and process capabilities.
  • •Write procedures and checklists, and assist with training maintenance teams.

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of hands-on engineering experience with manufacturing equipment.

  • •Ability to plan and manage projects and work effectively in multidisciplinary teams to solve complex problems.
