Own a product vertical end to end for BJAK’s Neobank Superapp, shaping strategy, outcomes, roadmap, and the technical design and delivery behind systems like payments, remittance, insurance, and wealth/trading. You’ll partner with engineering to ensure money-movement correctness, reliability, security, and scalability under regulated constraints (licensing, CDD/KYC, sanctions/PEP, monitoring). Apply AI judiciously with strong evaluation, ship behind flags, and align cross-functionally across compliance, operations, treasury, and finance.

Key Responsibilities

•Own a product vertical end to end, including outcomes/metrics, backlog prioritization, and crisp acceptance criteria.
•Shape the technical design with engineering, including system boundaries, money-movement correctness, third-party rail behavior, and failure/retry/refund paths.
•Make hard trade-offs across correctness, speed, cost, reliability, and UX, and defend them with engineering, compliance, or ops leads.
•Treat regulated constraints as first-class product inputs (licensing, CDD/KYC and limits, sanctions/PEP screening, transaction monitoring, data residency and privacy).
•Apply AI where it earns its place (define allowed decisions, human-in-the-loop, evaluation approach) and ship features behind external gates and flags.

Key Requirements

•Significant experience owning a complex technical product end-to-end with strong judgement under ambiguity and decisiveness.
•Solid system design foundation (boundaries, datastores, queues/workflows, APIs, failure modes, consistency under concurrency) and ability to critique design docs.
•Experience in a regulated/high-consequence domain such as payments, banking, remittance, or insurance (or proven ability to ramp quickly).
•Hands-on AI judgement for LLM-based products, including framing features as evaluable and understanding hallucination/drift/data gaps and safe “no-in-the-loop” cases.
•Experience across technical, regulatory, and operational realities and the ability to balance ambition with constraints.
