Barback- The Echo Lounge and Music Hall

Support bar operations by staying current on menu items, following special events guidelines, and completing opening/running/closing side duties. Stock and replenish ice bins, liquor, beer, wine, and coolers; clean and maintain bar equipment; and ensure proper waste sorting and use of a trash compactor. Help maintain HOB safety and sanitation standards and ensure responsible alcohol service in line with local ordinances and venue policies.
