Key Responsibilities

  • •Represent Coach as a brand ambassador by following the Guide to Style and Service standards.
  • •Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice.
  • •Drive sales using cross-selling, upselling, tailored recommendations, and personal sales plans to meet KPIs.
  • •Use mobile POS and clienteling/social selling tools (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
  • •Support store operations including cash wrap, inventory cycles (receive shipments, stock shelves, manage product movement), visual merchandising, and transaction processing.

Key Requirements

  • •1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred) and knowledge of fashion trends and competitors; a combination of education and experience is considered.
  • •Experience operating POS and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS), including the ability to read price/release sheets.
  • •Strong English proficiency and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • •Luxury retail background and social media savvy, including clienteling and data acquisition skills (preferred).
  • •Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and maneuver the sales floor and stockroom.
