Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform estimation and study inputs, including RFI creation, equipment evaluation, control selections (DDC controllers), terrain device selection, and BOQ/quantitative pricing.
  • •Analyze specifications to define inclusions/exclusions and technical qualifications/assumptions, and document compliance and variances.
  • •Manage suppliers by generating RFQs, identifying required deliverables, and estimating subcontractor costs based on conduit measurements and expected activities.
  • •Prepare technical submissions, including system architecture elements such as risers and control schematics, aligned to regional requirements and specifications.
  • •Generate proposals including statements of work and follow regional/customer estimation preferences using Honeywell product knowledge. Assist with mentoring and quality control as needed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 86,500 - 115,400 annually
