Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage the IT function, including direct management and development of one IT team member.
  • •Provide leadership and guidance to the IT team while staying hands-on with day-to-day IT operations.
  • •Oversee onsite and remote IT support across Israel and the US, including onboarding through offboarding.
  • •Own and continuously improve IT processes, policies, and best practices as the company scales.
  • •Drive security posture improvements and support ISO and SOC compliance and renewal processes.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of IT experience, including leading or managing an IT function or team.
  • •Previous people management experience to lead, mentor, and develop IT team members.
  • •Strong hands-on knowledge of Windows, Mac, and Linux environments.
  • •Deep knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, and Google Workspace.
  • •Experience with IT infrastructure, endpoint management, identity and access management, and security best practices.
