Retail Merchandising Manager

Lead the strategic definition and coordination of the product assortment across the Benelux–Nordics subsidiary (7 stores in 5 countries), driving sales budget achievement and turnover growth. Manage a team of two retail merchandisers and act as a key reference for central Paris teams. Own buying, assortment, inventory optimization, collection launches, and 360° product execution—partnering with retail planning, supply, visual merchandising, training, and client experience to improve sell-through.
