Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive budget achievement by monitoring sales targets across métiers and managing ST and MOS objectives with store teams.
  • •Manage buying, assortment, and inventory optimization, including OTB preparation, buying sessions, and stock rebalancing with retail planning and supply partners.
  • •Ensure proper execution and animation of the product strategy, including successful launches, 360° animation planning support, and performance routines with stores.
  • •Connect and align subsidiary, store management, Europe, and métiers teams; communicate vision, buying strategy, and priorities across stakeholders.
  • •Manage and develop the team of retail merchandisers, including feedback, training needs, performance reviews, and close collaboration with planning and VM.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 6 years of experience in retail merchandising.
  • •People management experience, including leading and developing a retail merchandising team.
  • •Master’s degree, preferably with economic/analytic/fashion and management focus.
  • •Strong analytical and synthesis skills to monitor and interpret performance indicators.
  • •Sensitivity to fashion and product trends, with the ability to manage multiple métiers and adapt to diverse market needs.
