•Open and close the pop-up as manager on duty, drive process adoption, and support resolution of customer concerns with a positive outcome.
•Efficiently manage cash handling and merchandise operations including shipment processing, floor set, markdown, and replenishment systems.
•Supervise and coach the team to maintain selling culture and customer connection, ensuring the highest service and sales performance.
•Supervise the store team in the absence of other management and partner with the Store Manager/ASM on elevated consumer issues.
•Assess and strategize to drive measurable KPIs (Conversion, Units Per Transaction, Sales Per Hour) and support onboarding and local community events.
