Lead and develop a remote team of SMB Account Managers, driving growth and retention for Square’s SMB merchants. Own pipeline management, coaching, and cross-functional collaboration with Product, Operations, and Sales to improve customer experience, reduce churn, and achieve team OKRs across Canada.
