Team Lead, Sales Part Time

Lead day-to-day activities on the sales floor and help create great consumer experiences using Crocs’ C.H.A.R.M service model. Assist across store departments including POS system management, merchandising, visual presentation, and stockroom operations. Drive personal and team sales goals with strong selling strategies, while supporting a positive team culture. Handle key holder responsibilities such as opening/closing, cash handling, store recovery, and compliance.
