Job Summary

Own franchise development activities in the UK as part of the UK, Germany and France Development team. Build strong relationships with franchisees, manage the franchise lifecycle and new store opening forums, and track, report, and forecast the annual development pipeline. Ensure new development aligns with market and asset strategy and support brand standards across existing restaurants, including contract renewals, remodels, and transfers.

Key Responsibilities

•Act as the first point of contact for franchise development activity in the UK and build relationships with franchisees to influence estate and performance.
•Manage and support the franchise lifecycle and new store opening forums, including chairing weekly cross-functional meetings and ensuring follow-up.
•Track, report, and forecast the annual development pipeline across the UK, Germany and France, including associated risks.
•Ensure new development aligns with market strategy, asset strategy processes, and the franchise policy manual.
•Support brand standards and manage contract renewals, remodels, and transfers effectively across existing restaurants.

Key Requirements

•A BA/BS degree in property/development, finance, business, or related field is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
•Strong commercial acumen built through practical experience, with humility, empathy, and the ability to build rapport.
•Minimum three to five years of relevant franchise development experience, with evidence of organizational impact and increasing responsibility (QSR or retail experience preferred).
•Proven capability across market planning analysis, site selection, real estate contract negotiation, and estate management.
•Fluent English is required; German or French as a second language is beneficial.
