Key Responsibilities

  • •Allocate materials and support trim line work including assembly, inspection, testing, and packing/banding in an assembly line process.
  • •Apply labels/stickers/locks, remove trims from paint line conveyor, and assemble/attach locks to finished trim components.
  • •Maintain job progress in the assigned area and communicate concerns to meet safety, quality, and productivity goals.
  • •Perform quality verification checks and ensure products and parts meet Eaton quality guidelines.
  • •Follow written/oral instructions, drawings, and manufacturing information; comply with safety requirements and 5S standards, and perform Lean initiatives and preventative maintenance when required.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience with forklift operations or willingness to learn (preferred).
