Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure GAAP compliance and internal controls for all Warehousing business unit financial processes, including month-end and quarter-end close.
  • •Provide value-added financial analysis for initiatives and decisions, including network optimization and cost optimization.
  • •Prepare forecasts and KPIs to help meet performance targets and recommend actions to drive improvement.
  • •Own FP&A consolidation and reporting for the Warehouse function (weekly, monthly, quarterly), including variance analysis and communication with BU Finance partners.
  • •Support Warehousing projects to standardize, simplify, and modernize processes, and execute sustainable, value-added reporting capabilities.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in an academic field related to Accounting or Finance (Accounting or Finance degree preferred).
  • •5+ years of experience supporting finance and accounting or a related role in Supply Chain - Logistics.
  • •Strong analytical and quantitative skills to support decision-making using data.
  • •Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), with SAP and Power BI preferred.
  • •Ability to supervise and develop direct reports, and influence Senior Leadership Teams with strong verbal and written communication.
