Field Service Engineer - Boston, MA (2nd Shift)

Install, troubleshoot, service, and maintain Philips equipment at customer sites while managing customer relationships and expectations. Work with the regional team to improve processes and close training gaps, potentially qualifying in multiple modalities and learning new tools. Complete required administrative documentation and preventive maintenance using Philips tools and escalation paths to resolve electronic, network, and mechanical issues. Cover 2nd shift hours and support service revenue generation, with significant travel across the assigned geography.
