Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead project execution from PO to completion across EHS, time, quality, and cost, including site activities and customer reviews.
  • •Run project financials such as revenue recognition, cash, risk & opportunities, and profit margin.
  • •Manage customer contract and specifications and ensure internal alignment throughout the project.
  • •Act as main point of contact to ensure customer relationship management, coordinating with program management and regional sales.
  • •Maintain a risk register, mitigate potential issues, align deliverables with engineering teams, and support field operations with the site manager/coordinator.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelors’ or Masters’ degree (or equivalent) with a bias towards electrical engineering, plus accredited project management qualifications with construction-site bias.
  • •Electrical engineering background with design and installation experience of heavy-duty power distribution, ideally in datacenters or similar critical systems.
  • •Minimum 5 years of construction site management experience, including hands-on site work in data centers; experience in large industrial projects (automation and controls) considered.
  • •Strong electrical background and/or training on datacenter technologies and systems.
  • •Direct experience with power management/control and mission-critical or building management/control systems.
