Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan and schedule material delivery from suppliers to maintain component availability and avoid production downtime.
  • •Procure production/inventory/MRO items cost-consciously and analyze requisitions for quantities, specs, and delivery requirements.
  • •Select and onboard suppliers for scheduled plant deliveries and maintain supplier performance while escalating procurement issues as needed.
  • •Maintain inventory levels and safety stock, including ABC classification inputs, item master lead times, and material plans through the time fence.
  • •Expedite deliveries, coordinate with suppliers and Quality Assurance to resolve delivery/quality issues, and manage invoicing discrepancies and NCI (non conformance inventory).

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Engineering.
  • •Minimum 3 years of related experience.
