Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, deliver, and maintain multimedia and computer-assisted courseware using aviation maintenance expertise and instructional skills.
  • •Provide aircraft systems training to customers using instructional aids such as multimedia presentations, aircraft components, and flight simulation tools.
  • •Identify and support customer training needs in a customer-facing role.
  • •Resolve a wide range of customer instructional issues independently.
  • •Work with the maintenance training team delivering training on products manufactured by major OEMs.

Key Requirements

  • •Hands-on aircraft maintenance experience on Bombardier platform aircraft (Global, Challenger, etc.).
  • •Current aviation authority license such as TC AME, FAA A&P, EASA, or equivalent.
  • •Working knowledge of mechanical aircraft systems relevant to the area of responsibility.
  • •Ability to resolve customer instructional issues autonomously.
  • •Proficiency with basic computer software, including Windows Suite, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word, to develop and deliver training materials.
