Job Summary

Deliver aircraft maintenance training for business aviation customers by developing, presenting, and maintaining multimedia and computer-assisted courseware. Partner with a dedicated team to address customer training needs, troubleshoot instruction issues independently, and teach aircraft systems using instructional aids including aircraft components and flight simulation tools. This customer-facing role is based in Montreal and includes up to 30–40% global travel.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop, deliver, and maintain multimedia and computer-assisted courseware using aviation maintenance expertise and instructional skills.
•Provide aircraft systems training to customers using instructional aids such as multimedia presentations, aircraft components, and flight simulation tools.
•Identify and support customer training needs in a customer-facing role.
•Resolve a wide range of customer instructional issues independently.
•Work with the maintenance training team delivering training on products manufactured by major OEMs.

Key Requirements

•Hands-on aircraft maintenance experience on Bombardier platform aircraft (Global, Challenger, etc.).
•Current aviation authority license such as TC AME, FAA A&P, EASA, or equivalent.
•Working knowledge of mechanical aircraft systems relevant to the area of responsibility.
•Ability to resolve customer instructional issues autonomously.
•Proficiency with basic computer software, including Windows Suite, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word, to develop and deliver training materials.
