Lead and manage all aspects of an assigned bank branch, driving branch performance through coaching, motivating, and managing a team. Grow branch revenue by developing Small Business relationships and executing client outreach through face-to-face appointments and outbound calling. Ensure compliance with internal controls, operational procedures, risk management policies, and the Truist Code of Ethics, while partnering with IRM and operations to deliver One Team culture.
