  • •Manage all aspects of the assigned branch, driving performance through leading, coaching, and managing teams.
  • •Drive business development and branch revenue through small business and mass affluent growth strategies, including appointments and outbound calling.
  • •Ensure compliance with internal controls, operational procedures, risk management policies, and the Truist Code of Ethics.
  • •Oversee human capital decisions including interviewing, selection, hiring, workforce scheduling, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions.
  • •Promote the Truist Purpose, Mission, and Values in the community and collaborate with IRM/operations partners to execute branch engagement routines.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and related training or experience.
  • •Two years of financial services experience with consumer and/or small business expertise, or equivalent experience/performance.

  • •Strong interpersonal, sales relationship, and prioritization skills.
  • •Must be SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act compliant within 30 days of employment, including new or transfer of registration and applicable NMLS background check.
