Key Responsibilities

•Supervise teams of material specialists, material handlers, and warehouse inventory production specialists, including hiring, training, performance management, and developing future leaders.
•Lead daily inventory management operations to ensure accuracy, availability, and compliance across warehouse and material-handling activities.
•Coordinate with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and Planning to ensure timely material flow to production, kitting, and shipping/receiving areas.
•Drive standardization of warehouse practices including labeling, storage methods, material traceability, and SAP transaction discipline.
•Monitor inventory health metrics and implement improvement actions; support audits and ensure adherence to company processes, security requirements, and government regulations.

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a University Degree with minimum 5 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree with minimum 3 years of experience.

•Experience with MRP/ERP systems (SAP).
