Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, develop, test, deploy, and support Apriso-based MES applications across multiple versions.
  • •Upgrade and execute project activities, including deployment and post-upgrade support.
  • •Perform SQL performance optimization for complex queries and improve screen performance through root cause analysis.
  • •Create and run test cases, prepare test reports, and support implementation and end-user training using Agile SDLC steps.
  • •Develop business integration of MES with ERP using web services and provide real-time production support.

Key Requirements

  • •Expertise in database design, development, support, translation, testing, and deployment using Apriso versions (9.5, 9.6, 9.7, 2016, 2019, 2021, 2025).
  • •Upgrading project activities, including development, performance optimization, test case creation/execution, test reporting, deployment, and post-upgrade support.
  • •Strong knowledge of Process Builder, FlexNet translation tool, Global Process Manager, Machine Integrator, Apriso Portal, and Central Configuration tools (CSS and Configuration Manager).
  • •Experience developing and improving screens using Process Builder with HTML and CSS, plus root cause analysis and performance improvement.
  • •Experience integrating MES with ERP using web services, including real-time production support and Ignition/Apriso MES implementation.
