Key Requirements

  • •Currently able to maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
  • •1-3+ years of experience in hardware product development, sustainment, or manufacturing engineering.
  • •Experience using structured root-cause analysis methods (e.g., 8D, 5 Whys, fishbone, FMEA).
  • •Ability to perform electrical/fabrication-level failure analysis (e.g., CT scan, X-ray, visual inspection, cross-sectioning, SEM image analysis).
  • •Ability to read and interpret schematics and understand standard interfaces (Ethernet, CAN, I2C, SPI, PCIe, USB).
