Key Responsibilities

•Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping vegetables, portioning meats, and measuring ingredients.
•Execute simple cooking tasks under the supervision of senior chefs (grilling, frying, sautéing, baking).
•Follow recipes and instructions to ensure consistency and quality in food preparation.
•Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, equipment, and countertops.
•Assist in stock rotation and inventory management to minimize waste and ensure freshness.

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma or equivalent
•Certificate in food service or equivalent cooking experience
•Understanding of fundamental cooking methods (grilling, sautéing, frying, baking, roasting)
•Knowledge of food safety principles and proper handling, storage, and temperature control
•Minimum 3 years of working kitchen experience; 2 years GCC experience is a plus
