Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform daily pre/post-trip inspections and complete required documentation in compliance with DOT and company policies.
  • •Drive tractor-trailer and other vehicles to transport and deliver products, equipment, or materials.
  • •Load and unload the truck, maneuver trucks into loading/unloading positions, and unload contents by hand or shovel when needed.
  • •Secure cargo for transport using ropes, blocks, chain, binders, or covers; keep the truck clean and orderly.
  • •Maintain logs of working hours and/or vehicle service/repair status and complete/store required documentation; report defects, accidents, traffic violations, or damage.

Key Requirements

  • •Valid State CDL-A and/or CDL-B license (and required endorsements).
  • •Minimum of three (3) years previous related experience in the construction field (preferred).
  • •Ability to perform daily pre/post-trip inspections and maintain documentation in compliance with DOT guidelines and company policies.
  • •Ability to load/unload vehicles, maneuver trucks into positions following loading crew signals, and secure cargo for transport.
  • •Ability to work independently and safely with strong organization, time management, and communication skills.
