Property Adjuster I

Handle property and material damage insurance claims with independent discretion within your level of authority. Investigate losses by interviewing policyholders and witnesses, inspecting damage, preparing estimates, evaluating coverage and total claim value, and setting/maintaining reserves. Document claim files for closure, identify subrogation opportunities, service an assigned territory, and help bring claims to conclusion, including litigated matters when required. Complete required training and attend ongoing industry programs.
