Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee the development and continuous improvement of the Emiratisation program for Nextcare
  • •Achieve Emiratisation obligations within the set time frame
  • •Formulate Emiratisation budgets, goals, objectives and priorities
  • •Collaborate with senior management to develop Emiratisation policies and disseminate them to internal stakeholders
  • •Work with HR recruitment to prioritize UAE National recruitment and development programs

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's or post-graduate qualification in Human Resources or related field
  • •Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with at least 3 years in a supervisory/leadership role
  • •Previous experience in Emiratisation programs
  • •Legally permitted to work in the country of operations
