Job Summary

Oversee and develop Emiratisation programs to recruit, develop, and retain UAE Local talent. Collaborate with EXCOM, government bodies, and HR teams to meet Emiratisation targets, manage budgets and compliance, and drive retention and development of UAE nationals within Allianz Partners in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

•Oversee the development and continuous improvement of the Emiratisation program for Nextcare
•Achieve Emiratisation obligations within the set time frame
•Formulate Emiratisation budgets, goals, objectives and priorities
•Collaborate with senior management to develop Emiratisation policies and disseminate them to internal stakeholders
•Work with HR recruitment to prioritize UAE National recruitment and development programs

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's or post-graduate qualification in Human Resources or related field
•Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with at least 3 years in a supervisory/leadership role
•Previous experience in Emiratisation programs
•Legally permitted to work in the country of operations
•No travel restrictions
