Job Summary

Lead and drive complex enterprise Talent Operations initiatives, serving as the primary project manager for talent programs and managing project governance, portfolio reporting, and stakeholder alignment. Coordinate cross-functional teams across Talent, Legal, Finance, Procurement, Payroll, Technology, and more. Own Talent Operations PMO processes including intake, prioritization, issue tracking, dashboards, and executive reporting to ensure delivery and adoption of initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead planning, execution, and delivery of enterprise Talent initiatives aligned to company priorities and strategic objectives.
•Define project scope, milestones, success metrics, governance requirements, and maintain integrated project plans, timelines, and executive reporting.
•Manage cross-functional coordination across Talent, Legal, Finance, Procurement, Payroll, Technology, Facilities, Tax, and business leaders.
•Own Talent Operations PMO activities including intake management, prioritization, sprint planning, backlog management, workflow governance, and reporting.
•Develop and maintain portfolio dashboards, capacity planning tools, executive reporting, and oversee project health including risks, dependencies, and organizational capacity.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Project Management, Organizational Leadership, or a related field (preferred).
•5+ years of experience managing complex projects, programs, or multi-site/enterprise initiatives.
•Proven success leading large-scale cross-functional projects across multiple stakeholders and workstreams.
•Strong experience with project planning, governance, risk management, and stakeholder management.
•Experience developing executive-level presentations, reporting, and communications.
