Job Summary

Lead a small Growth squad to discover, validate, and ship greenfield products that open upmarket opportunities for larger VC funds and private equity managers. Partner with Commercial to identify target accounts, run discovery/demos/POC scoping, and turn problems into high-ROI prototypes using AI tooling. Execute fast experiments, convert prototypes into paid POCs, and ultimately signed contracts—while hands-on mentoring a small engineering team.

•Own the Growth squad end to end: discovery, roadmap, build, and commercial outcomes.
•Partner with Commercial to identify and engage target accounts via discovery calls, demos, and POC scoping.
•Spot recurring upmarket problems and decide what to build to deliver the highest ROI.
•Prototype quickly using AI tooling so prospects can interact in weeks or months.
•Run experiments, kill losers fast, and convert working prototypes into paid POCs and signed contracts while leading engineers hands-on.
