Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the Growth squad end to end: discovery, roadmap, build, and commercial outcomes.
  • •Partner with Commercial to identify and engage target accounts via discovery calls, demos, and POC scoping.
  • •Spot recurring upmarket problems and decide what to build to deliver the highest ROI.
  • •Prototype quickly using AI tooling so prospects can interact in weeks or months.
  • •Run experiments, kill losers fast, and convert working prototypes into paid POCs and signed contracts while leading engineers hands-on.
