Job Summary

Drive sales and marketing of Truist mortgage loan products by executing mortgage development and marketing plans to meet production goals. Build and apply deep knowledge of mortgage strategies, policies, and secondary market investor guidelines. Provide mortgage clients sound advice based on their needs and Truist product benefits, and execute a referral process that deepens customer opportunities. Support mortgage loan fulfillment with document follow-up during quality control and post-closing review.

•Execute Truist’s referral process and assist loan fulfillment with client, attorney, or appraiser document follow-up.

Key Requirements

•1+ year of experience in a banking and/or lending environment with basic knowledge of residential property types.

•Demonstrated proficiency in relevant computer applications.
•SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act compliance within 30 days of employment, including new or transfer of registration and an applicable NMLS acceptable background check.
