Job Summary

Support the Total Rewards function by analyzing and administering compensation, benefits, equity, and recognition programs. Partner with HR, Finance, Legal, and People Operations to ensure compliance, governance, and operational excellence. Conduct benchmarking, financial modeling, and ROI analysis, and build dashboards and reports on program performance and employee sentiment. Help with M&A due diligence by harmonizing benefits and equity structures, leveraging AI and analytics to improve accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead analysis and administration of core total rewards programs (retirement, equity, and other perks/benefits) to ensure competitiveness, compliance, and operational excellence.
•Support the design, analysis, and rollout of total rewards programs including compensation, benefits, equity, and recognition aligned to business strategy and engagement.
•Conduct benchmarking, financial modeling, and ROI analysis to guide program decisions and continuous improvement.
•Collaborate across HR, Finance, Legal, and People Operations to ensure governance, compliance, and seamless program execution.
•Develop dashboards and reports tracking program performance, utilization, and employee sentiment; leverage data and AI tools to automate analysis and improve accuracy.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 80,000 - 110,000 annually

Key Requirements

•3+ years of experience in compensation, benefits, equity, or total rewards analysis with education grounded in HR, Finance, Business, Economics, or related fields.
•Strong analytical skills with financial modeling and data visualization experience (Excel, Power BI, or similar).
•Interest in using AI and analytics to enhance reporting, insights, and program efficiency.
•High attention to detail with a commitment to data integrity.
•Excellent communication and collaboration skills partnering effectively with HR, Finance, and business leaders.
