Key Responsibilities

  • •Independently manage daily controllership and financial close activities across Asia, Middle East, and Africa affiliates.
  • •Own and execute key SOX controls, ensuring compliance with documented control requirements.
  • •Manage and oversee BPO/service providers, including review and quality assurance of account reconciliations.
  • •Serve as an SME for GL account reconciliations and provide accounting/process guidance to BPO teams.
  • •Perform financial statement variance analysis and review intercompany reconciliations, balance confirmations, and ICP to resolve differences.
  • •Support preparation and review of SEC-required reports while ensuring compliance with US GAAP reporting requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •3–5 years of post-qualification experience in Accounting and Finance.
  • •CA/CPA/CMA qualification and B.Com./M.Com. graduate background.
