Manager, Talent Development COE

Lead enterprise-wide talent development programs by shaping scalable learning and leadership frameworks across Texas Instruments. Own end-to-end strategy, design, delivery, and continuous improvement for programs spanning new college graduate, bench, and leadership development. Partner globally with stakeholders, manage annual planning and vendor/budget needs, and drive measurable outcomes using quantitative and qualitative data. Serve as a subject matter expert in organizational design, change management, and adult learning.
