Key Responsibilities

  • •Coach leadership teams and drive safe behaviors/conditions to improve safety culture.
  • •Lead EHS training and manage key risk assessment processes (HIRA, JHA/JSA, safe work permitting).
  • •Ensure incident/accident investigation processes for near misses and injuries, including root cause analysis and management of change support.
  • •Manage environmental compliance (air permits, stormwater, waste), oversee reporting (TRI, Tier II, etc.), and maintain the ISO 14000 program.

Key Requirements

  • •Associate or bachelor’s degree in occupational safety, environmental health science, or a similar field.
  • •5-10 years of professional experience in occupational safety, environmental, or similar roles.
  • •Knowledge of EPA and OSHA requirements, including EPA RMP and related environmental safety reporting.
  • •Experience fostering a world-class safety culture, including approaches such as Bradley Curve.
  • •Preferred credentials include CSP or CIH and/or MS, plus chemical or manufacturing background.
