Key Responsibilities

  • •Support corporate business units by providing technical support for enterprise backend infrastructure and applications.
  • •Maintain Windows Server environments, security patching cadence, and Windows Server DNS administration; migrate data across cloud/hybrid/on-prem with rollback plans.
  • •Build and maintain DR environments with runbooks and participate in DR testing exercises; author and maintain runbooks and technical documentation.
  • •Own deployment and ongoing administration of enterprise AI platforms (Anthropic Claude and Google Gemini) and enterprise MCP server infrastructure, including connector lifecycles and permission/data-flow governance.
  • •Conduct AI connector and platform security assessments and implement AI hardening controls (rate limiting, WAF/API gateway, session management, kill switch procedures), maintaining documentation and coordinating with legal/compliance/security teams.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of infrastructure and systems administration across network, security, storage, hardware, and OS layers.
  • •Deep expertise administering Windows Server (configuration, upgrades, lifecycle management) and DNS/DHCP roles including zone management and DNSSEC.
  • •PowerShell scripting experience for automation, provisioning, reporting, and systems management.
  • •Experience with enterprise backup and DR (e.g., NetApp) and virtualization platforms such as VMware and/or Hyper-V.
  • •Ability to architect, deploy, secure, and govern enterprise AI systems, including LLM platforms (Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini) and MCP server infrastructure with IAM integration.
